We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our pivotal Administration team. This is an exciting role in a dynamic and expanding company.
Key aspects of the role will include, client on-boarding, day to day client administration and support to the Relationship Management team. As a result, candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines/ timescales and have a slant towards customer service.
What you will be doing:
Act as a point of contact for client queries
Assisting with all aspects of client on-boarding including applying due diligence checks, rewards card ordering, mailings etc
Ongoing liaison with Rewards Card Providers and assisting with membership queries
Develop strong relationships across the different business lines
Deal with client queries in a timely and efficient manner
Data input and maintenance
Participate in projects

GRAPHIC DESIGNER/ Marketing Assistant
We are looking to hire a dynamic Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant to work across its Group Company brands, products and services.
You will be tasked with helping deliver the group’s marketing strategies, identifying marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating and developing marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, case studies, presentations and social media posts. You will be providing creative support to our marketing and sales teams, to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies whilst maintaining a high level of customer focussed service.
To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant bachelor’s degree or working towards CIM qualification. Prior work experience in design/marketing is a must. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Marketing & Communications Manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
Working with various types of software for digital marketing and graphic design.
Creating marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, case studies, and presentations.
Assisting with website design, content management, social media
Assisting with event planning & management.
Maintaining a marketing database.
Understanding company product and brand.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Organising market research.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Working with our members to deliver their marketing strategies.
Interacting with clients on the phone and internet in a professional manner.
Meeting all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation.
Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or marketing/CIM qualification.
Experience working in marketing-based graphic design role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in applications including Adobe, Word, Excel, and Prezi.
Good organisation skills.
Digital marketing experience.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
